Oil Pipeline Explosion-Proof and Energy-Saving Electromagnetic Induction Heater

The pipeline explosion-proof electromagnetic induction heater is a new type of rod-shaped electric heater designed using electromagnetic induction eddy current heating technology. It is specifically engineered for heating oil collection and transportation pipelines in high-viscosity, heavy-oil wells in oilfields as well as in cold-region oil wells. This innovative solution effectively prevents wax buildup in pipelines, reduces crude oil viscosity, minimizes flow resistance, and boosts both the temperature of crude oil entering the station and overall well production rates. Additionally, it can also be used to heat mixed fluids in natural gas wells, safeguarding against excessive heat absorption during pressure relief—preventing equipment and pipeline freezing and blockages caused by extreme cold. It truly represents an ideal, energy-efficient, and cutting-edge heating device.

Sheathed Explosion-Proof Electric Heating Rod

The sheathed electric heating rod features a nickel-chromium wire heating element encased within a rod-shaped outer shell. The cable is routed through a junction box, allowing the unit to be inserted from the bottom of the container during installation. This design makes it ideal for heating or heat-tracing applications involving liquid media in various storage tanks. This product is available in two models: oil-filled and radiant types. The oil-filled model has a thermal conductive medium injected inside the rod; once the electric heating tube warms up this medium, the resulting heat is efficiently transferred to the rod’s protective sheath, ultimately warming the surrounding medium. In contrast, the radiant type uses the high temperatures generated by the heating tube to directly "bake" the rod itself, raising its temperature significantly for effective heating.
