Compared to S11 transformers, these models deliver over 30% reduction in no-load losses, more than a 50% decrease in no-load magnetizing current, and noise levels that are reduced by over 10 dB. The S13 series features energy-efficient, fully sealed, oil-immersed transformers. The core is crafted from high-quality, high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a 45° full-shear lap joint design. Compared to S11 transformers, these models deliver over 30% reduction in no-load losses, more than 50% lower no-load magnetizing current, and noise levels reduced by 10 dB or more. With superior performance, minimal operating noise, and a compact, space-saving design, this new-generation product is both environmentally friendly and highly energy-efficient—making it ideal for grid upgrades in urban and rural areas, industrial and mining enterprises, and especially well-suited for use in compact, pre-assembled substation transformer systems.

Model and Meaning

Structural Features

Iron core: Entirely made from high-quality, highly permeable grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, featuring a fully skewed, pore-free binding structure. The iron core has a multi-stage stepped design. 
Three-seam, five-seam, or seven-seam design—with low air leakage and minimal noise.

Coil: Crafted from high-quality 00 acetal-insulated round copper wire, using either oxygen-free copper rod-drawn flat copper wire or copper foil windings. Available in various configurations—such as cylindrical, continuous, innovative spiral, and split designs—the coils offer robust electrical strength, mechanical durability, and superior heat dissipation capabilities.

Fuel tank: Constructed from high-quality steel plates welded together, it comes in various shapes such as oval and rectangular designs. The cooling elements are either plate-type radiators or corrugated tanks. Before leaving the factory, the fuel tank undergoes rigorous sealing tests. Both the inner and outer surfaces are thoroughly cleaned via pickling and phosphating processes, followed by a three-coat, one-finish paint application—ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance while maintaining a sleek, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
