It can be equipped with a comprehensive temperature monitoring and protection system. Featuring an intelligent signal-based temperature control system, it automatically monitors and cyclically displays the operating temperature of each of the three-phase windings. Additionally, it can automatically start and stop fans, while also offering built-in features such as alarms and trip functions.

Small in size, lightweight, requires minimal floor space, and comes with low installation costs.

Structural Features

The high-voltage winding conductors are made from oxygen-free copper foil with high electrical conductivity, while inter-turn insulation is provided by Class F insulating material. Both the inner and outer portions of the winding are supported by imported glass mesh boards acting as a structural framework. The copper foil, along with its inter-turn insulation, is precisely programmed in one operation on a high-voltage foil-winding machine—controlled by a microcomputer and featuring laser-based positioning. The lead wires are then automatically welded using arc welding, and the winding is assembled in segmented sections before being placed into a mold. Finally, the assembly is cast under vacuum conditions using resin infused with filler material to achieve the final shape.

The low-voltage winding is made by winding copper foil—whose height matches that of the low-voltage winding—along with F-class turn insulation on a low-voltage foil-winding machine. During the winding process, the winding leads are automatically welded using argon arc welding to copper busbars before being brought out. To ensure proper cooling, spacer strips are inserted into the middle of the winding to create air channels, while the ends are sealed with resin and allowed to cure, forming a solid structure. 
The iron core is made from high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, featuring 45-degree fully sloped joints and a yoke structure without perforations—ensuring minimal no-load losses. For clamping the core, we employ a domestically pioneering prestressed, breathable square-steel clamp design. The core columns are securely bound with insulating tape, while the upper and lower clamping plates utilize an internal tension-plate configuration. Additionally, the core surface undergoes a specialized resin-sealing process, enhancing both structural strength and clamping force—while significantly reducing noise levels.
