Product Introduction
An immersion-type electric heater consists of multiple heating elements welded onto a flange, creating a high-power, fully assembled and disassemblable heating device. A temperature-sensing probe is also welded directly onto the flange, resulting in an integrated heater with precise temperature control. This type of heater is primarily used in applications where direct contact heating of fluids is required, offering rapid heat transfer and exceptional thermal efficiency.
The heating element is immersed directly into the medium, while the electrical junction box is located outside the tank or container.

The heat generated by the electric heating element is 100% utilized to raise the medium's temperature, ensuring high thermal efficiency. The electrical junction box features an explosion-proof and waterproof design, allowing it to operate safely in outdoor environments or in Zone 2 hazardous areas. With an IP66 protection rating, the equipment is built to withstand long-term operation in both rugged outdoor conditions and marine environments. Additionally, the unit incorporates triple overheat protection mechanisms—thermal fuses, temperature switches, and temperature-resistant thermistors—for reliable safety.
